Mobile phone giant HTC sponsors the HTC Columbia cycling team. To promote their new HTC smartphone “Wildfire” a roadshow was held during the Tour de France 2010 event. For 2 weeks we tourend 60 cities in The Netherlands with 2 specially branded Airstreams. The Airstreams have a special hatch to create a perfect glimpse into the trailer. In the Airstream the cycling race was broadcasted and there was special HTC ice cream available. In front of the Airstreams a bicycle race was held on hometrainers in which participants could win a HTC Wildfire. Perfect example of guerrilla marketing with an Airstream.
